2. Rental Period
The rental period begins on the scheduled delivery date and ends on the agreed pickup date.
Early returns do not qualify for a refund unless pre-approved due to extenuating circumstances.
Late returns may incur additional daily fees.

We accept major credit/debit cards and other approved payment methods.

Returning equipment in clean and good working condition

The renter is financially responsible for any:
Loss or theft of equipment
Damage beyond normal wear and tear
Magic Mobility Rentals reserves the right to charge the cost of repair or replacement to the payment method on file.
8. Liability Waiver
By using our services, the renter agrees that:
Magic Mobility Rentals is not liable for any injury, accident, or loss resulting from the use of our equipment.
Users operate equipment at their own risk.
It is the renter’s responsibility to ensure they (or the intended user) are physically and mentally capable of using the rented equipment safely.
9. Modifications or Extensions
Rental extensions must be requested in advance and are subject to availability.
Any approved changes may alter the total rental cost.
