Refund Policy – Magic Mobility Rentals

At Magic Mobility Rentals, your satisfaction and peace of mind are our top priorities. We understand that plans can change, so we’ve designed a fair and flexible refund policy to accommodate your needs.

Cancellations and Refunds

Standard Rentals

  • Full Refund: Cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled rental start date will receive a 100% refund.

  • Partial Refund: Cancellations made 3 to 6 days prior to the rental start date are eligible for a 50% refund.

  • No Refund: Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the start date are non-refundable.

Special Events or Custom Bookings

  • For rentals associated with special events, custom itineraries, or bulk bookings, a non-refundable deposit (typically 25-50%) may be required at the time of booking.

  • Remaining balance refunds (if applicable) will follow the standard refund window above unless otherwise specified in your rental agreement.

Modifications

  • We’re happy to help you reschedule or modify your booking with no additional fees if changes are requested at least 72 hours in advance, subject to equipment availability.

  • Changes requested less than 72 hours before the rental period may incur additional charges or may not be possible depending on availability.

Early Returns

  • Early returns of equipment do not qualify for partial refunds unless arranged in advance due to medical emergencies or extenuating circumstances. Documentation may be required.

No-Shows

  • Failure to pick up your rental equipment without prior notice will be considered a no-show, and the full booking amount will be forfeited.

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. If you do not see a refund within this time frame, please contact your bank or payment provider.

Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances

  • If severe weather or uncontrollable events prevent safe delivery or use of the equipment, we will work with you to reschedule or offer a full or partial refund, depending on the situation.
